• The game isn't loading, what's wrong?

  If you play online, sometimes the best solution to this problem is to simply try using a different Browser. There are many Browsers, but we recommend using Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox or Safari. You may download & install either of them from the links below.

  If you play the mobile version, sometimes the best solution to this problem is to simply close the application and then launch again. Sometimes, in rare cases, you need to shut down the device and then turn on again.

• I've installed Google Chrome/Mozilla Firefox/Safari, but the game still isn't loading. What up with that?

  The next step in remedying your situation is to make sure you have the Adobe Flash Player installed on your computer. Below is a link to download the Adobe Flash Player.

• Holy sprinkles, my page looks strange! What's going on?

  Most often this happens because at some point in the recent history of your web browsing, you have zoomed the broswer in to a view that is more than 100%. The quickest way to combat this and get things back to normal is by using your keyboard!

  • Windows: Ctrl + 0
  • Mac: Cmd (Apple key) + 0

  If for some reason keyboard shortcuts aren't working for your browser, navigate up to the view menu and in most browsers you will see a reference to "zoom". Select the 100% zoom level or normal zoom, and you should be good to go!

• I was playing Bake Shop Drop and nothing happened and my game froze. What has happened?

  This can happen for a number of reasons. But most often it is a result of an action within the game that did not function properly. In order to help us determine the cause of your particular issue and help you get back to playing Bake Shop Drop we will need some more information.

  We built a special tool into Bake Shop Drop that you can access by making sure your "focus" is on the game (simply click inside the game) and then press the "~" key on your keyboard. This key is most often located to the left of the "1" key on your keyboard. This opens the "Console" inside of Bake Shop Drop. Now you should see a bunch of stuff that will mean absolutely nothing to you, but it means tons to us! Use the text at the bottom right corner of the Console, "Copy Output to Clipboard". This function copies all that code stuff to your computer's Clipboard so you can paste it to us in an email!
